TDM Series Touch Screen Density Meter
The TDM Series density balance is built around an IoT-enabled 5-inch colour TFT control system with an integrated high-definition touch screen. The whole series uses German HBM load cells — branded sensors that ensure high accuracy and stability of the weighing results. The housing is precision-cast from environmentally friendly ABS material and offers one-tap switching between Chinese and English interfaces. A high-efficiency die-cast aluminium alloy base makes the load-bearing foundation solid and rigid, while the entire instrument uses a stainless steel deck plate and stainless steel weighing pan. Resolution reaches up to 1.2 million counts, with a high-speed 24-bit AD converter for excellent immunity to interference, radiation and static electricity. Working on Archimedes’ principle, the instrument derives and transforms the buoyancy and density formulas into a working equation, then calculates the density of the sample automatically. It is mainly used for plastics, rubber, plastic granules, metal alloys, minerals and rocks, wire and cable, composite materials and magnetic materials, and can directly read the weight in air, weight in water, density value and volume of solid, block-shaped, granular, film and floating samples.
