Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
One unit for standard models. There is no minimum for catalogue products, and mixed orders combining several product lines are welcome. For OEM projects with custom tooling, we normally ask for a first order of 10 – 50 units depending on the model.
How long is the lead time?
Standard models in stock ship within 3 – 7 working days after payment is received. Customised or private-label instruments normally take 15 – 30 working days. For larger project quantities we confirm the schedule in writing with the order.
Can you put our logo on the instrument?
Yes. We offer OEM and ODM. The housing, keypad, on-screen menus, manual and packing carton can all carry your brand, and you can use your own model numbering. Tooling and artwork work is handled by us. Confidentiality agreements are signed on request.
What voltage and plug will I receive?
Instruments are produced for 110 V / 60 Hz, 220 V / 50 Hz or wide-range 100–240 V depending on the model. Tell us your destination country and we will supply the matching plug and, where relevant, the local language manual.
Which documents come with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, CE Declaration of Conformity where applicable, calibration certificate and the full-performance test report. MSDS and battery transport documents are added when lithium batteries are included.
What are your shipping and payment terms?
We ship EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP, and by international express for single units. Payment is normally T/T with a deposit and balance before shipment, or L/C at sight. Other terms can be discussed for established customers.
How do we verify the instrument before shipment?
We send the factory test report and a video of the instrument running for your confirmation. Third-party inspection such as SGS or BV can be arranged on request, and we welcome you or your agent to visit the workshop.
What does the warranty cover?
Twelve months from delivery, covering parts and labour for manufacturing defects. Consumables and damage from misuse are excluded. Extended warranty up to 36 months is available per model, and spare parts are stocked for the lifetime of the model.
How does installation and training work?
Instruments are shipped ready to run. We support commissioning by video call with an English-speaking engineer, at no extra charge. For project quantities we can send engineers on site; travel and accommodation are quoted separately.
Can you supply to a tender specification?
Yes. Send us the technical requirement document and we will return a clause-by-clause technical compliance sheet, the offered model, the price and the required certificates, formatted so you can submit it directly.
Need a different configuration?
Specifications listed here are standard configurations. Models, ranges, detector options, interfaces and branding can all be customised. Send us your measurement requirement and we will propose a configuration within one working day.
