A specification on a datasheet means nothing unless the instrument you receive is the one that was tested. Here is how we make sure it is.
Quality control through the build
- Incoming inspection of critical components: detectors, load cells, sensors, optics and power modules
- In-process electrical safety and function checks at every assembly stage
- Burn-in of every finished instrument before final calibration
- Final calibration against traceable reference standards, with the calibration record shipped with the unit
- Full-performance report covering accuracy, repeatability, drift and detection limit
Standards and documents
- CE marked where applicable, with EU Declaration of Conformity
- Design and testing aligned to IEC 61010 for laboratory equipment safety
- EMC testing to IEC 61326 for measurement, control and laboratory equipment
- Certificate of origin, commercial invoice and packing list for every shipment
- MSDS and battery transport documents when lithium batteries are included
Export packing
- Instrument wrapped in antistatic film, cushioned in moulded foam
- Plywood export case, fumigation-free and suitable for sea freight
- Shock and tilt indicators fitted to high-value units
- Accessories, spare fuses and manuals packed in a labelled compartment
- Case dimensions and gross weight confirmed before booking
Service and after-sales
- 12 months standard warranty covering parts and labour, extendable on request
- Installation guidance by video call, with an English-speaking engineer
- Operator training sessions for you and your end customer
- Spare parts held for the lifetime of the model, with a documented part number list
- Remote diagnosis and firmware updates supplied electronically
